Police searching for two prison escapees

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Police are searching for two men they say walked away from the Blackburn Correctional Complex Sunday night.

Lexington police tell WKYT they got the call that Willard Wilson and Donnie Johnson walked away from the jail around 8:30 Sunday night.

Wilson is described as 6'2'', 175 lbs, brown hair and eyes. He was last seen wearing either a khaki shirt and pants, or a gray sweatsuit.

He was serving a 22 year sentence for a burglary charge out of Kenton County. We're told he is also charged for a previous escape from 2005.

Johnson is described as 5'11', 160 lbs, bald, with brown eyes, and was serving 13 years for a first degree robbery charge, also out of Kenton County. Johnson has Love tattooed on his right hand, Hate tattooed on his left hand.

Anyone with information is asked to call police.
