RICHMOND, Ky. (WKYT) -- Police are still looking for a man they say cut his ankle bracelet, during a home incarceration.
Officials in Madison County say Gene Rhodus faces burglary charges.
His last known address was Slone Road in Richmond.
He is five foot two, weighs 160 pounds, brown hair and brown eyes.
