Police think multiple burglaries in southern Kentucky could be connected

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - Police think a string of burglaries at businesses in southern Kentucky are connected.

Surveillance video of one of the burglaries in Whitley County shows a person breaking into the business with a sledgehammer. Police say there has been one burglary in Knox County, two in Whitley, and two in Laurel County. In Laurel County, burglars have broken into a couple of convenience stores in the last month.

In each case, police say the burglars went for the same thing after breaking into the store.
