PIKE COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - State police are investigating a crash involving a police officer.
It happened Thursday at the US 23 and US 119 intersection in Pike County.
Investigators say Pikeville City Police Officer Joseph Slone had his lights and sirens on when a truck driven by Kevin Hunt slammed into the passenger side of the cruiser.
Officer Slone, his passenger, Officer Blankenship, and the driver of the truck were all treated for minor injuries.
