A mother is charged with wanton endangerment, after police say they found her five young children living in filth.
Louisville police arrested 24-year-old Victoria Hall. The children are between the ages of 3-months-old and 5.
Police originally came to the home for a medical call, but say they then found the children in a filthy room. Police say they found the 3-month-old covered in urine and feces, and next to a spoiled bottle of milk. They also say Hall wasn't home when they found the children.
She has pleaded not guilty.
