Police: Pharmacist robbed at gunpoint

Lexington police are looking for a gunman who held up a pharmacist overnight.

It happened just before 1:00 Wednesday morning at the Lexington Walgreens on Pink Pigeon Parkway in Hamburg.

Police say the gunman got away with pills, after he handed the pharmacist a note and showed a gun. No one was hurt.

Police dogs were able to track the man to the nearby Audi dealership where police say he may have gotten in a getaway car.

The suspect is described as a white male, about 5'7" in his 20's and was wearing a blue hat, jeans and a black jacket with gold-rimmed glasses.
