A man has been arrested on charges he distributed child pornography.
Prosecutors in Lexington say Brett Compton, 28, even downloaded a video that portrayed an infant in a sex act.
Police confiscated two computers and an iPhone from Compton's home on Sandalwood Drive, off Bryan Station, in Lexington.
Compton was arrested Wednesday night at the Applebee's on Richmond Road, where he works.
His arraignment is scheduled for Thursday.
