A grand jury has indicted a rape suspect on charges of bail jumping and tampering with a prision-monitoring device. John Buckley IV is on the run from police after they say he cut off his ankle monitor while jurors deliberated his rape case last Thursday. Buckley was convicted of rape, sodomy, assault and unlawful imprisonment and hasn't been seen since Friday.
