Retired Lexington officer to serve jail time for hitting woman in park

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - A retired Lexington Police officer will serve eight years in jail for hitting a woman while driving under the influence.

Fayette County Circuit Judge Pamela Goodwine handed down the sentence on Friday morning.
