Robbery suspect admits to holding up bank

COVINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - A Lexington man admitted he robbed a Northern Kentucky bank out of thousands of dollars in May.

Patrick Andrew Donald, 35, pleaded guilty to bank robbery on Monday.

Donald admitted he and an accomplice robbed the Security Bank and Trust Company in Maysville. They got away with about $19,000.

Donald was indicted in June.

Donald is scheduled to be sentenced on January 14, 2013.

He faces a maximum prison sentence of 20 years.
