Second arrest in Lexington home break-in

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Police say they have arrested a second person in connection with a home break-in.

On Wednesday, a homeowner told WKYT he woke up when he heard someone trying to enter his home on Jesselin Drive. Once inside, the victim says he confronted the burglar who then ran off.

Lexington police say the homeowner then chased the suspect down to Rebel Road, where police caught up with and arrested Rico Duncan. Duncan was charged with burglary.

Now police say they have arrested a second person in this case. Court documents show Troy May, 24, conspired with Duncan and a third unidentified suspect to steal the homeowner's guns. Police say the three suspects agreed to sell the guns and split the cash.

Police have charged May with criminal solicitation.
