A second day care worker now faces charges for allegedly taping a toddler to a sleeping mat.
Police charged Justina Rogers, 19, with criminal abuse. That's the same charge 20-year-old Alicia Lyons faces.
The two women work at a day care in Kenton County.
According to the Kentucky Enquirer, police say they learned of the incident after Lyons bragged about it to co-workers.
