LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - A semi caught fire on I-75 near the northern split.

When firefighters first arrived, the semi was engulfed in flames.
They were able to quickly put out the fire.

Right now, only one southbound lane of the interstate is open.

We're told salt trucks are being called out to treat the roadways, because the water used to put out the fire could freeze.
