The shooting that happened on Race Street in Richmond was caught on camera by a neighboring business.

Bernie LeMay is the owner of Auto Service Solutions. He has surveillance cameras installed around the building.

In the video, you see a group of people standing around outside. They approach a white van across the street. Someone eventually drives it away. Later, a black Taurus pulls into the driveway next door. Moments later, the Taurus pulls out, and some of the people outside approach that vehicle. Within minutes, the Taurus drives away and it appears someone is in the ground. That's who LeMay believes is the person, who was shot, "I haven't seen that before. Normally I just heard the gunshots from that end of the street. Within the last 8 to 9 months, there has been a couple fights in that same vicinity."

LeMay says the neighborhood is notorious for crime, "There are drugs and prostitution. I can't really tell you. But there is a lot of drug traffic in the area."

LeMay plans to install additional cameras on his property, "It's for my protection and anyone else out there. Because a picture is worth a thousand words."

Richmond police are still looking for 21-year-old, Tony Gay in connection to this shooting. He is considered armed and dangerous.
