Snow still falling in eastern Kentucky

Updated: Fri 10:33 PM, Dec 21, 2012

WOLFE COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - Folks in eastern Kentucky continue to feel the brunt of the winter storm.

Most of the snow has fallen in Magoffin, Morgan, Meniffee, and Wolfe Counties, where a winter storm warning remained in effect, as of Friday evening.

People we caught up with in Campton say the roads were manageable but still slick in some spots on back country roads.

The snow in general does not bother those who live here because they say this first snow is nothing compared to the ones in the past.

However, some say early this morning the roads were pretty slick on their commutes to work.

Main roads like Mountain Parkway and Highway 15 have been cleared.
