For most of the day we see rain with a mix in there. TIMING: The transition comes late during the afternoon, around sunset, for the western zones. The Bluegrass can expect the transition around 6pm-8pm. East of I-75 should have all snow before midnight.

All snow expected on Wednesday, which will add to the accumulations. It will be bitterly cold with highs in the 20s, but winds will be a huge factor at 20-30mph dropping wind chills to single digits.

Improving weather conditions for Thanksgiving as we appear dry, but it'll still be very chilly with highs around freezing! Hunker down, stay inside and eat some turkey and mac-n-cheese for me!
