Another weak piece of energy will be swinging into Kentucky early Monday morning. This could bring a few snow showers to our area. The primary targets for this round will likely be in northern & eastern Kentucky. Those areas could pick up a coating to an inch by the time Tuesday rolls around.
The bigger story for midweek will be the warmer temperatures that take over the Commonwealth. We could see daytime highs climb into the 50s by Thursday. The system that pulls in that warmer air will have all kinds of rain potential though during the beginning. It also has some wintry potential as well.
It's one that we will have to watch very closely starting on Friday and lasting through early next week.
