Trick or treat hours will find temps dropping through the 30s with gusty winds and some rain and snow filling the air. Wraparound band of snow moves in Friday night into Saturday morning across central and eastern Kentucky. That's the one that could drop some light accumulations on grassy areas and elevated surfaces.
We are looking at one more day of below average temperatures before we see a surge of warmer air through the weekend. A few showers over in the east during the early morning hours, but clears up during the morning. Our afternoon will feature partly sunny skies with our highs settling in the low 60s.
Heading into the next several days we are seeing spring make a huge surge in temperatures. Our highs from Thursday through the weekend will be in the 70s and mainly dry. The only shots we have at rain through the weekend will be on Friday with a few storms and Sunday. For both Saturday and Sunday a few of us could reach the 80° mark. Come Sunday evening/night some rain moves into the area.
