POWELL COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - A man accused of stabbing another man says he's not guilty.
Terrance Wagner entered the plea during an arraignment in Powell County on Tuesday morning.
Police say he stabbed Kelly McCoy, 50, to death inside a home in Clay City on Saturday.
Wagner is charged with murder.
