Steve Nunn files motion to withdraw guilty plea in murder case

A former Kentucky lawmaker who admitted to killing his former fiancee wants to take back his guilty plea.

Fayette county court workers tell WKYT that Steve Nun has filed a motion to withdraw the guilty plea. A judge has set a hearing in April to listen to arguments on the motion. Nunn will be in attendance.

Nunn is currently serving a life sentence for murder. He admitted to killing Amanda Ross outside her Lexington home in 2009.
