Very slow moving showers and thunderstorms will move into our area overnight and Sunday. The potential for flooding will be heightened in southern and eastern Kentucky.
To say July has been cool would be an understatement. Temperatures are well below normal for the month and several days have featured record lows. The nice temperatures will roll on with no sign of true summertime heat showing up in the coming weeks.
A mix of sun and clouds with a few showers and storms trying to go up over the next few days. Highs will hit the upper 70s to lower 80s in most areas.
The threat for showers and storms will increase in the coming days and will really ramp up by the weekend.
