Storms usher in a fall feel

By  |

A strong cold front pushes across the state tonight and brings scattered storms and much cooler air. The storms ahead of this front could be on the strong side with some high winds and hail. These storms will also contain a lot of lightning and torrential rainfall.

The big cool down comes Tuesday with highs in the 70s and much lower humidity levels. Record lows are possible by Wednesday as readings drop toward 50 degrees.

Highs for Wednesday and Thursday will stay in the mid and upper 70s.

Our next threat for rain will come Friday into Saturday as our temps remain below normal.
