Study finds most common online searches in Kentucky

KENTUCKY (WKYT) - A new study finds that while the fifty states have a lot in common, what people in each state search for online varies greatly.

Estately ran hundreds of search queries through Google trends to determine which words and phrases are searched for the most in each state. They then published a map and article detailing what people in each state search for online more than in any other state.

In Kentucky, people search Google for bowling more than any other state and we also appear to have a fascination with the band Creed.

Other popular words for Kentuckians include: Black Friday, Demonic Possession, Lyrics to Happy Birthday and New Year's Resolution.

Washington State's most popular search item appears to be "Unicorn Tattoo" and in Georgia "Butt Implants" appear to be the big topic.
