Summer-like weather pattern continues

You can hit the repeat button for this forecast through the next several days. We saw a weekend with warm, humid conditions with a few storms and that trend will continue today. Highs this afternoon in the mid to upper 80s under a mix of sun and clouds. You can expect a few storms to fire away with lightning and heavy downpours being the main issues.

Tuesday and Wednesday will feature slightly warmer temperatures as we approach the 90° mark. We will still have a storm or two through the afternoon, but still not seeing widespread rain. A few strong, potentially severe, storms can be expected for western zones Wednesday evening. More numerous showers and storms will be expected on Thursday, which will be our best chance of rain the next several days.
