LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - The Kentucky Supreme court has upheld the manslaughter conviction in the death of a Lexington Police Officer.
In a unanimous decision, the state supreme court rule there were no errors in the trial and conviction of Glenn Doneghy. He's now serving a 20-year prison sentence.
Lexington Police Officer Bryan Durman died in 2010 after, police say, Doneghy hit him with an SUV.
