Surveillance cameras catch break-in of Richmond fast food spot

RICHMOND, Ky. (WKYT) - Richmond Police are using a multitude of clues to try and solve a break-in overnight Thursday.

Investigators say someone broke into the Subway on Water Street in Richmond and left a lot of evidence.

Among the clues police have to go on; a pair of shoes left outside the business, surveillance footage of the break-in, and DNA evidence the suspect left when he or she was cut on a door.

Police say the only things missing from the store so far are three bags of chips.
