A suspect wanted in a Lexington man's murder has been arrested in Illinois.
Saturday, Lexington Police announced the arrest of Gerardo Turcios-Rodriguez in East St. Louis, Illinois.
Neighbors found the body of Doug Saylor, 66, inside his home on June 2 on Elsmere Park in Lexington.
The Fayette County coroner ruled Saylor died from multiple sharp force injuries.
Turcios-Rodriguez is awaiting extradition back to Kentucky.
