Teen charged in father's death

PINEVILLE, Ky. (AP) - An eastern Kentucky teenager has been
arrested in the death of her father last year.
Pineville police arrested 19-year-old Shelby Lynn Conley of
Morehead on Tuesday when she arrived for a scheduled court date in
an unrelated fourth-degree assault case, according to Kentucky
State Police and The Daily News of Middlesboro.
She is charged with murder in the March 27, 2010, shooting death
of 46-year-old Donald Conley of the Wrigley community in Morgan
County and first-degree arson. She was indicted last week by a
Morgan County grand jury, along with Chris Lovely, who is charged
with arson in the case, police said. Lovely was arrested last month
in Orange County, Ind.
Shelby Lynn Conley is being held in the Bell County Detention
Center. Jail officials did not know whether she was represented by
a lawyer.
