TEMPLE, Texas (WKYT/KWTX) - The T-shirt a Texas man wore in his mug shot for a drunk driving arrest is creating buzz on social media.
When Luciano Gutierrez of Temple, Texas was arrested Thursday and charged with his ninth case of driving while intoxicated, he was wearing a T-shirt that read "Warning: I Do Dumb Things."
Gutierrez's ironic clothing choice is getting attention like a southern Kentucky woman's did in November.
Deborah Asher, 37, of Somerset, was arrested and charged with trafficking in a controlled substance, first degree and possession of methamphetamine. Her T-shirt said "I (heart) crystal meth."
The Laurel County Sheriff's Department first shared her mug shot on its Facebook page.
The case against Asher is still waiting to go before a grand jury.
