Our cooler than normal summer rolls on across central and eastern Kentucky. Readings overnight will drop into the middle 50s in many areas with a touch of fog developing.
Thursday will find a weak cold front dropping in from the northwest with isolated showers and storms. Temps should hang out in the upper 70s.
Friday and Saturday look great with some sunshine and highs in the low 80s.
The threat for showers and thunderstorms will return by Sunday as a wave of low pressure works in from the west. This will likely keep the threat for showers and storms rolling through the first half of next week. With high humidity levels in place, we will have to watch for the potential for heavy rainfall.
