Heavy rain will continue to spark flash flood concerns this evening and tonight. Flash Flood Warning remains in effect until 7:30pm for Fayette County.
Gorgeous weather continues on this 4th of July and should hang around through the weekend. We have another very cool night ahead with lows in the low to mid 50s under clear skies.
Saturday will see temps rebounding into the low 80s with mostly sunny skies. We will warm it up into the middle 80s for Sunday as humidity levels increase.
That increase in humidity will aid in the development of scattered showers and storms by late Monday. The stormy trend will really settle in for Tuesday and Wednesday with locally heavy rains likely.
Highs will be in the upper 80s on Monday, but will fall into the low to mid 80s for the middle of the week.
