The Pulaski County Sheriff's Office tells 27 NEWSFIRST that two cars were involved in a head-on crash on Friday night on Ky 196, just west of Somerset.
Both drivers and one passenger were all flown to UK Hospital.
The sheriff's office is investigating what caused the crash.
