Thief smashes window, steals lotto tickets at Lexington market

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Lexington Police are investigating another crime at the Pantry Fresh Market on Squires Road.

Someone called 911 just before five Tuesday morning, to report a broken window at the store.

When police arrived, they found the glass window of the store had been smashed out. It appears someone stole scratch-off lottery tickets.

Back on November 25th, three men fired shots inside the store, hitting an 18-year-old clerk, who survived his injuries. At last check, police have not made any arrests for that crime.
