Three injured in head-on crash

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Several people had to be rushed to the hospital after a violent crash.

It happened early Monday morning on New Circle Road, in front of Lexmark.

Lexington police say the driver of a pickup crossed the center line and hit a Xerox van head-on.

The truck rolled several times into a ditch and landed on its top. One person inside had to be cut from the pickup.

Both drivers and a passenger in the truck were taken to UK Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police tell WKYT alcohol is suspected, but so far, no charges have been filed.
