PULASKI COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - Pulaski County deputies have identified suspects they say are involved in a violent home invasion.
Monday, deputies got the call of the crime on Glad Fork Road in northern Pulaski County. They say three suspects forced their way into the home, armed with a knife and bat. A fight broke out over a gun, causing it to go off into a wall. No one was struck.
Victims told investigations one of the men involved was Gregory Scott, 36, of Crab Orchard. A warrant was issued, and Scott was charged in the crime. However, Scott was able to maintain his innocence, and the charges were dropped. He was released from the Pulaski County Detention Center Wednesday morning.
During an investigation, deputies say they identified other suspects. Tuesday evening, detectives arrested two men, Aaron Tungate, 29, and Victor Frantz, 27. Both are listed in the Pulaski County Detention Center.
An arrest warrant was been issued for a third suspect, Richard Shannon, 40, of Somerset. He was on the loose for some time, but he has since been arrested. He's charged with burglary, robbery, and two counts of thefts of a firearm.
