Three charged in violent robbery

Three people have been charged in a violent robbery.

It happened late Wednesday night at Swifty's gas station on North Broadway.

Lexington Police say the group assaulted the clerk with a handgun and got away with about $80.

Police later charged one adult, Andrew Gragston, 22, and three juveniles with robbery.

The clerk suffered non-life threatening injuries.
