Tracking cold and snow for Saturday

This latest round of snow will be wrapping up very soon. Some folks in Eastern Kentucky will see flakes through the evening hours. Temperatures won't recover at all today. We'll only see highs in the low to mid 20s.

During the overnight hours and into early on Sunday morning we'll see another round of snow sweep through the area. While it doesn't look extremely potent, we could see some light accumulations from that round.

A temporary break from winter is coming... again... it's only temporary. Temps will begin climbing into the 40s by Monday and well into the 60s Wednesday & Thursday. The only catch will be a chance for showers and thunderstorms.

This won't last forever as another shot of winter will still be likely.
