Transylvania University's Vice President and Dean of the College has announced he's stepping down.
William Pollard's resignation will take effect July 31. WKYT is told he plans to take a one-year sabbatical to work with late medieval english manuscripts.
Once that's finished, he'll return to Transylvania to teach English.
