GEORGETOWN, Ky. (AP) - The trial for a central Kentucky man accused of killing his parents has been postponed.
A judge sent jurors, who had just been seated, home on Monday in the trial of 43-year-old James Anthony Gray, who is charged with murder in the fatal shootings of James and Vivian Gray at their Sadieville home in 2007. The Georgetown News-Graphic reports (http://bit.ly/Ql9W0c ) the judge told jurors "some things that have come up" caused proceedings to be delayed. A new trial date was set for Feb. 18, 2013.
The trial will be the second for Gray. His first ended earlier this year in a mistrial after jurors deadlocked in the case.
