Two face charges for stealing from Whitley County church

WHITLEY COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) -- Two men face charges, after police say they stole from a southern Kentucky church.

The Whitley County sheriff's office arrested 23-year-old Anthony Anderson and 26-year-old Andy Rhodes.

Investigators say earlier this month, the men stole two heat pumps from Corner Stone Church, in the Siler Community.

We're told the heat pumps were worth about $3,000 each.

Investigators say one of the suspects admitted they sold the pumps for $58, then bought pills with the money.
