FRANKFORT, Ky. (WKYT) - Tonight, we have new information about a burglary investigation we've been tracking for two weeks.
Frankfort police tell us a grand jury has indicted 33-year-old Jeffery Burrell for burglary and being a persistent felony offender.
They say he was seen in surveillance video breaking into Whitehead Hancock Plumbing and stealing seven thousand dollars worth of equipment.
Police say 27-year-old Samantha Robertson Gonzales was also indicted on a complicity charge in this case.
