Two long-time restaurants closing

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) -- They've been serving hungry customers for years.

However, WKYT has learned two long-time restaurants at Lexington Green are closing.

The Herald-Leader reports Tony Roma's actually closed last month and Regatta Seafood Grille will close this Saturday.

Regatta's owner is not saying why the restaurant is closing, but Lexington Green plans to open a new restaurant there next spring.

As for Tony Roma's, the newspaper reports it was the chain's decision to close its Lexington location.
