RICHMOND, Ky. (WKYT) - Earlier this week, we told you about Michael Gray -- a UK fan who promised Willie Cauley-Stein that if he returned to Kentucky next season, he'd get a special tattoo.
On Saturday, Michael Gray proved to be a man of his word by keeping his promise to get a tattoo of Willie Cauley-Stein.
“I posted on Twitter and said if he came back I would get his face tattooed on me,” Michael Gray told us on Saturday.
So on Saturday, he proved he's a man of his word by getting inked up with a portrait of his favorite player.
“Some people on the internet said it didn’t look like him but it’s a stencil directly of a picture. I was really happy, it looked really good.”
Gray says if UK wins the national championship next year, he'll add a banner to his Cauley-Stein tattoo.
