Tornado Watch continues for eastern Kentucky through 2am
DALLAS (WKYT) - Part of the fun of the Final Four is visiting the host city and enjoying what it has to offer. On Friday night, that included the first of three days of free concerts in downtown Dallas.
UK fans filtered into Reunion Park to top off a day of sightseeing.
"We're visiting the historical sights, visiting JFK and seeing all the historical districts, and heading to the Ritz Carlton tonight," said UK Fan Noah Tapp.
"Me and my wife always promised we'd go to every Final Four Kentucky goes too, so this our second one," says UK Fan Brad Allen.
Jason Aldean was the headliner on Friday night. It was a great way to celebrate UK in another Final Four.
"We're taking the train back to Fort Worth," said UK Fan Cheryl Thomas. "We came over here tonight to enjoy the music."
"Tomorrow, we plan to get up and go to the tailgate party and then go to the game," said UK Fan Rachel Tapp.
"We're just out here seeing the sights, checking out Dallas and supporting the Cats," said UK Fan Brittany Bargo.
Saturday afternoon, Tim McGraw will perform in Reunion Park. On Sunday afternoon, the headliner is Bruce Springsteen.
