Very slow moving showers and thunderstorms will move into our area overnight and Sunday. The potential for flooding will be heightened in southern and eastern Kentucky.
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - After weeks of work, US-68 in Mercer County between Coghill lane and the Brooklyn bridge will re-open Thursday night.
The road has been shut down since June 10th, and the project has lasted longer than expected.
The road will close again July 7th through July 11th between daylight and dusk, and on weekends crews will close some lanes while they finish the project.
