LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - New details Friday night on the search for Lexington fugitive, John Buckley.

His uncle, Kelly, will not lose his business even though his nephew remains on the run.

Monday, a judge ordered Kelly Buckley to forfeit 150,000 in cash and property used as bond for his nephew.

The lead prosecutor in the case tells us Kelly Buckley paid 118,000 today to satisfy the judge's order.

John Buckley walked away from the Fayette County courthouse in July minutes before a jury convicted him of rape.
