Warm up while helping local nonprofits

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - During this cold week, you can warm up while helping out local nonprofits.

During the week of December 10th, get a cup of coffee and mention your favorite GoodGiving Challenge nonprofit.

This puts that organization in the running to win 6% of sales from four local coffee shops.

Participating locations include:
*Common Grounds Coffee House, 343 E High Street, Lexington
*Daily Grind, 4772 Hartland Pkwy, Lexington
*The Hub Coffee Shop and Cafe, Lexington Public Library, 140 E Main Street, Lexington
*The Hub Coffee Shop and Cafe, 236 W Main Street, Danville

After you mention the organization of your choice, patrons will vote on the winner.

Former teachers helping family of murdered Lexington teen
