Here comes the abnormally warm temperatures! Highs today will reach the lower to mid 80s with a strong southerly breeze at 15-25 mph with gusts as high as 40 mph. We are dry today, but we are looking at a cold front to blow through here during the overnight hours and into Friday morning. This will set up a squall line to roll through giving us the chance of strong to severe storms. Damaging winds will be the main player, but these storms should loose strength the farther they go east of I-75. Best timing for now to reach I-75 corridor is 2am-6am. We should see the line push out of the eastern zones during the afternoon. Cool air filters in behind the front, so dress for cooler weather tomorrow as afternoon temps will be in the 40s and 50s.
Cool conditions stick around for Saturday as highs settle in the 50s under mostly sunny skies. We head back toward the 60s for Sunday as temperatures slowly climb from there into next week.
