Watching some weekend flakes

Posted: Fri 3:13 PM, Jan 04, 2013

Our weekend is starting off on a cold note with a few clouds across the state. Temps tonight will bottom out in the lower 20s.

Saturday looks to start with some sun, but clouds will quickly fill in during the afternoon hours. Those clouds could produce a rain or snow shower at some point Saturday evening. Highs will top out in the upper 30s and low 40s.

There is a better shot at some light snow moving in on Sunday. A small accumulation can't be ruled out for some areas. Temps will be back in the mid and upper 30s for highs.
