A storm complex will affect our region again today. Expect scattered storms to pick up during the afternoon hours. Damaging winds, flooding and lightning are the main concerns as these storms roll through.
I wish I could say that we have another day like yesterday, but you know as well as I do that type of weather doesn't last very long. We will be back near normal for today with highs in the upper 30s to lower 40s. Showers will begin to work out of here during late morning and into early afternoon.
As we head into the weekend the rain and clouds move out for Saturday, which we will see bright, blue skies and highs in the 40s. Sunday still looks dry for most of the day, but showers with a few rumbles of thunder will increase during the afternoon and into the evening hours.
Next week we are looking at a chilly forecast and that includes Valentine's Day. Have a great Friday and enjoy the weekend everyone!
